At Legacies in Motion, we are committed to producing and showcasing films that honor God, legacy, and the power of storytelling. We are building a platform that elevates purpose-driven stories, celebrates community, and reflects the truth, humility, and love of Jesus Christ. As such, we carefully select each project that aligns with our mission and vision.

 

We are seeking films that:

• We prioritize films that align with biblical principles, showcasing faith, hope, love, and redemption.​

• Stories that reflect honesty, authenticity, and purpose-driven narratives.

2. Celebrate Legacy & Community:

• We are interested in projects that highlight intergenerational stories, the importance of family, and community connection.

• Films that honor real-life experiences and preserve the wisdom of elders or share stories that inspire future generations.

3. Uplift & Inspire:

• We are drawn to stories that uplift, empower, and encourage audiences to make positive changes in their lives, their communities, and the world.

• Projects that challenge the status quo and spark conversations about faith, culture, and societal change.

4. Offer Hope and Healing:

• Films that bring light into dark places, offering a message of hope, healing, and redemption to those who are hurting.

• We seek projects that give voice to the underrepresented, shining a light on the marginalized with respect, dignity, and grace.

5. Elevate Artistic Integrity:

• While we prioritize storytelling with purpose, we also value high-quality production that maintains artistic integrity. We want films that are well-crafted, with attention to detail and a strong narrative structure.

 

What We’re Not Looking For:

• Films that promote messages contrary to biblical values, such as glorifying sin, promoting divisive content, or fostering negativity.

• Projects that don’t fit within our core mission or would dilute the authenticity we’ve worked to establish.

• Films that feel more like commercial ventures or that prioritize profit over purpose.

 

How to Submit:

 

Please send us a brief project overview (1-2 paragraphs) along with a link to your film or a sample reel. Be sure to include:

1. A description of the film’s theme, message, and purpose.

2. The key takeaways you want audiences to walk away with.

3. A brief statement on how your film aligns with the values mentioned above.

 

Once we receive your submission, our team will review it to ensure it fits within the Legacies in Motion vision. We are prayerfully discerning which projects will make the biggest impact.​
